OK.  Trying to move forward with plug-devel.  Please email me if you 
think that you would possibly attend a development-oriented meeting
once every two months. Email ME. NOT the list. Please.  I want to 
gather an estimate of attendees so I can go location hunting.

The current plan is 1st monday or thursday of every even month.
