ARTICLE: Red Hat launching Linux subscription services network

As far as RH making money on Linux, RH is selling services - especially to
enterprises who need support to make a case for installing Linux.  That is
not a Bad Thing (tm).  Newbies who use the service, and I am sure that
there will be a few, will get to learn what service really is - not the
pay-to-wait-for-an-answer-that-doesnt-help variety that most OS vendors
currently offer.
