Need assistance on Window NT proxy

Hi,
   I hope someone can help me on the setting of the following evironment.

   One PDC Windows NT 4.0 server with the IP 192.168.1.1 and one BDC NT 
backup server with IP 192.168.1.2 and plus one Novell Small Business Server 
4.1.  Now, I going to install the Linux Mandrake 7.1 operating system to one 
of the PC.  But unfortunelly, it doesn't able to connect the Internet.  The 
Internet access actually is through the PDC with the proxy server with ISDN 
line access.

   May I know how to setup the Linux workstation whereby able to connect to 
Internet.  In Windows 98 operating system, as what I know is need to install 
a proxy client software.
