I've had that specific problem on various redhat versions 6.1, 6.2 but not
yet with 7.0 but can see it happening. The problem is that you should
probably skip the 'probe' part of the setup because when you return from the
probe, the setup is overdrawn.

You can use the Xconfigurator tool after you setup & reboot.
