and 'chgrp'.

It'd only be polite that if you're going to ask questions, join the
group and contribute, at least for the duration of the responses.
There are likely other users on the list that'd care to hear the
answers.... 

Besides if some bozo tells you that "The tools you are looking for are
most likely looking for are 'chown' and 'chgrp'." and he happens to be
wrong, someone else on the list will probably tell the bozo they are a
bozo and give a better answer.  Otherwise, you could only discover
that too late....
