Possible job fix (was: So sorry if I offended anyone)

This is imnho an invitation for the list to be spammed, right now we only
have 1 recruiter that is posting on-topic/of interest/local job
opportunities for *nix based admin's.  If you interested in finding a job
out of state, then by all means sign up with anyone of the numerous head
hunting agencies in town, but i would hate for this list to turn into a
spamfest for recruiters.  I've seen many other good lists trashed this way.

disclaimer: I currently work with a head hunting/consulting firm and have
expressely forbid spamming of local lists, as a majority of recruiters have
no scrupples when it comes to staying on-topic and being non-obtrusive.

Why only Phoenix?  Some PLUGers may want (or be willing) to move to Maryland
(my self not included).  Why would PLUG make that decision for them?  I can
understand it if the communication is through PLUG postings.  But if options
"A" or "B" become reality, I would like to see the out of state offerings.
