mail header variables

Hello,
	I wanto be able to exctract the Subject and To header information
ffrom mail going to a specified user on my system.  I then want to export
those variables to another script that I wrote (as $SUBJECT and $TO).  what
should my .procmailrc for that file look like?

I have

:0
SUBJECT=`formail -xSubject:`
TO='formail -xTo:`
| /home/user/script

in my current .procmailrc and it does not seem to be working.  Any ideas?
