Procmail or equiv for OUTBOUND mail? (was Re: list moderator)

What Jean said. ;-)

You can do what you want with any smtpd running as a smart host, e.g. all
outbound traffic goes out it. This can cause you problems if you forget
it's rewriting addies :).

I prefer to use roles from within pine. This allows me to set the
From: line accordingly. I have to remember to make sure it's set, but you
can use pattern matching to get auto role-setting.

I use this extensively and seldom make a mistake with it.
