Procmail or equiv for OUTBOUND mail? (was Re: list moderator)

I vaguely recall that procmail could be called to process OUTBOUND mail as
well. Can anyone give any pointers, or suggestions for better way of doing
things?

I'd really like to set any mail sent from any of my anti-spam aliases to
this list to originate from the name that I used to subscribe with. Other
uses too, of course.
