1) If your Mac printer is connected to a Mac serial port, it should be
   possible (with the right cable) to connect it to your PC and make
   it work.  (I used to have a printer with a serial interface connected
   to my linux box.)

2) Take a look at netatalk.  (See http://thehamptons.com/anders/netatalk/)
   This package does for the Mac what samba does for the PC.  I used to
   use netatalk to share my linux hard disk with my Mac and to print
   documents from my Mac to a printer connected to my linux box.  I
   have no idea if the reverse direction (which is your problem) is
   possible.  You will want to carefully read the netatalk documentation
   to find out.
