Wondering something about certification...

I am currently working toward my MCSE...due to what many employers are =
looking for.  When I complete my last four tests in the next 3-4 =
months...which of the several Linux/Unix certifications would be worth =
adding to my learning/certification track?

Of any & all that you recommend...please also list testing bodies...such =
as Sylvan or VUE & any/all books/CBT's which are the best to buy/use.
