moving to phoenix- help

Sorry for the off topic. I plan to make the move soon
to Phoenix from Milwaukee. Can anyone give some
advice on what areas of the city to avoid for
apartments? I'm an unemployed IT graduate (this May),
so price is a constraint. ($4-500/mo) Email me off
