video chipset on your board

for sound, I had to look... hard, but I think the audio chipset is SoundPro 
HT1869V+  (CMI8330),
cmedia builds the chipset and hosts the drivers. ( Also, check

for commercial versions, they are: CMedia CM8338A CMedia CM8338B CMedia 
CM8738. )
