HOW MUCH DOES THE DSL HARDWARE COST?

The cost of the DSL router varies greatly depending on what type of dsl
service you get.  The high end of the spectrum is about $500, and there
really is no low end, sometimes you can even find specials going on where
it's free.  Typically, this hardware is supplied by whoever you get the
DSL from, and you don't necessarily need to go through uswest for your
dsl, there are a number of providers around town you could use.
