Qmail....again

hmm I found my foolish error and installed pop3d and have it using
tcpserver.  Only problem is when pop server tries to run I get the following
error in the mail log:

/usr/local/sbin/qmail : tcpserver: command not found

do I have some bad linkage here or something??
