Where have all the applets gone?

I've been browsing around themes.org at all the cool themes they've got for
X.  There's several preview pictures that have an applet bar running with
things like logged in users, running processes, ethernet and or ppp traffic
monitor, CPU load, disk usage, etc.  I've seen the same thing on several
different theme previews but the applets don't come with the theme.  They're
all completly different than the ones that come with RH too.  Where do you
find applets?
