If it would be of interest to you to help and to do a good job, then
you're a good candidate. PLUG functions because people help out. We don't
have any money. We don't get commercial support (for the most part). We
get our own internal support and we want everybody to be able to give :).

We might, however, insist that you use Linux boxen to do the work ;-).
