Don,
    I have been putting together a perl/cgi based admin util that works with
cistron's radius server .. all w/ a Mysql backend ...

    I havn't found a backend to link radius right to a sql server .... but you
can write a very simple perl script to pull from a Dbase and build the file's
for the server

    Havn't touched the PAM support
