Star Office 5.2

Hello All:

I hope that my simple question will be forgiven on such a slow day :-)
I downloaded SO5.2 as a single file for my RH 6.1 Linux box.

The file looks like this: so-5_2-ga-bin-linux-en.bin.  I'm used to tar
and rpm files that are d/l but not this type.  According  to Sun's web
site directions I'm supposed to run this in the c/l.  Well, I tried that
and others and this is what I got:

[root@antioch StarOffice]# ll

-rw-r--r--   1 root     root     97621364 Jul  3 09:55
so-5_2-ga-bin-linux-en.bin
[root@antioch StarOffice]# so-5_2-ga-bin-linux-en.bin
bash: so-5_2-ga-bin-linux-en.bin: command not found
[root@antioch StarOffice]# ./so-5_2-ga-bin-linux-en.bin
bash: ./so-5_2-ga-bin-linux-en.bin: Permission denied

As you can see I'm running as root and in the dir of the file.

Where am I going wrong here?  A search of Sun's site didn't reveal much
help at all.
