firewall in Linux help

I thought everyone would have jumped on this one.
I know a lot of people have firewall knowledge here.

To setup packet filtering firewall you should look 
at ipchains.
There is a pretty decent script for enabling ipchains in:

Of cause I am assuming you are using Linux as
your firewall.
