This does make some sense.
Although I would go a little bit further.
I would make M$ open the source code for
the windows. That way they can not hide
any APIs. This seems to be the only
flaw in the guys reasoning. How do you
prove they do (or not) hide APIs within
the Winblows OE (Operating Environment)*
* I call it Operating Environment because
it is not a real OS.
