log analyzer

[Lowell Hamilton]

Webalizer (www.webalizer.com) is very fast, and uses little in
resources.  We process a few hundred vhosts with over a gig in logs
nightly and it takes around 20 minutes as a niced task (not including
dns lookup time).  Reports are detailed, look good, and configurable.
