DSL reccomendations? anyone using PSN?

My ISP is Phoenix Networks <http://www.phoenixdsl.com/>, with Rhythms as
my DSL provider (USWorst still has to set up the wire, but Rhythms has
the DSL hardware on the other end of my line.)  There are no
restrictions (I'm running a mail and web server), it's been really
reliable, and I have a static IP with 768K down/408K up for $50/month.

to the US west building, which helps (local loop?).

The setup was pretty painless.  The tech shows up with a Windoze laptop
to the configuration and testing, and then you just plug it into your
ethernet card.
