New business startup help/suggestions/info needed

Joe's Real BBQ in downtown Gilbert.  Excellent food!  Best of Phoenix for 
two years running now.  They have Root Beer made on site, carbonated the 
old fashioned yeast way which give and excellent distinctive flavor.  Best 
I've had in the valley.
