DSL reccomendations? anyone using PSN?

Dunno about PSN but there are reviews and ratings of providers at
http://www.dslreports.com/.

I have residential SDSL with Phoenix Networks which has worked well
for me.  Static IP, no weird restrictions, good throughput, about
1/2 day of downtime in 5 months of service.
