Hi, I am looking for a PHP (preferably) or PERL (if necessary) interface to newsgroups that allows a web interface to a newsgroup server (and newsgroups). It should list, post, and have the ability for administration. Any recommendations or ideas? If a commercial one is avail that is FAST and has the needs, I would look at it.
