Most domain name suppliers that use OpenSRS will be a lot less than
Network Solutions.  Here's a list:

http://www.domainmonger.com

More can be found with your favorite search engine.

OpenSRS itself <http://www.opensrs.org> is a wholesaler, and sells only
in bulk to places such as the above.
