I do not want to be an alarmist, but I found this press release
in an area that may not be frequented by AZIPA members.

It is by a pretty reputable firm, I think.

Forrester Research Predicts The Imminent Demise Of Most Dot Com Retailers
Cambridge, Mass., April 11, 2000 . . . The combination of weak financials, 
increasing competitive pressures, and investor flight will drive most of 
today's Dot Com retailers out of business by 2001. According to a new 
Report from Forrester Research, Inc.
