Video conferencing for Linux?

MBONE was popular a few years back...heavy lag in some pictoral
areas of low update/constant pictures.

\_ Anyone have any pointers?  What I'm really looking for is more of a
\_ real-time audio/video broadcast rather than interactive video
\_ conferencing.  For what we are looking for, irc should would work for
\_ discussion on what's being broadcast.
