[PLUG-Devel] mailman/apache best practice

I've set up a mailman server with apache (of course). apache runs as user
apache, and mailman as mailman. The ownership of the mailman cgi-scripts is
root:mailman. What's the best practice for allowing apache to run the
mailman cgi scripts? Add mailman group to apache user? That seems to be the
simplest, but I'm not sure that it's considered 'best practice'.
