Does the GPL work like that?!

IAC, snippet from imaginary future EULA:

Section 97, Subsection VIII

User may not execute Software on any GPL virtual machine. Any such
execution is in direct violation of Agreement, and any penalties or
liabilities ensuing are assumed by User. Yadda[, yadda].
