I tend to agree. Your machine seems to be talking with the card ok, but 
the card's not associating with the access point.

General wireless diagnostic technique: loosen up security first, then 
tighten it back down.

You won't need an encryption key at the installfest, but I can bring a 
wireless router we can do some testing with. Or you might bring your 
own. Let us know what you need. Hopefully this will fix your problem. If 
not (and even if so), hope to see you tomorrow!
