Running split to cut it up right now.

I tried VIM and, well, with KDE up running Thunderbird and a few
instances of Konqueror too, the swap was going nuts as it tried to load
the file on my 512MB of RAM.  So I killed the VIM load, seeking a better
answer.

Of course, on that other well known OS, I would not have even dared to
try all that!  And here I am still running on a stable system.

Anyway, I was hoping for an editor that loads only parts of a file at a
time instead of trying to load the whole thing at once.

I'll see what I can do with split.
