Lunix coding style author?

In doing a few minutes research on C coding styles, I have come across the
document titled "Linux kernel coding style"[1].  It is short and to the
point, starting with an admonition to print and burn the GNU coding
standards[2] document (not that I necessarily agree with that advice).

I observed that the several places I have bothered to check do not cite
the author of the "Linux kernel coding style" document.  Anyone know who
wrote that one?
