Ed has been completely unresponsive lately, I'm guessing something is going on there that's taking all his time.

I've been hammered by personal responsibilities the past 3 weeks, but I expect that will calm down after this weekend.

We still don't have a subversion repository.  I'll post a coding standards document on the fora today or tomorrow.  It's large but a little unpolished.  I'm open to suggestions for improvement.

I'm trying to put together some actual story cards.  In the interim, any of the 4 core developers who wish to start creating code are welcome to do so.  Just post on the list what you're planning to work on so we can all coordinate.

I've been working on a couple of infrastructure bits, a configuration subsystem that reads from JNDI/LDAP and some XML utilities.  I'm hoping to have those done late next week, the slowdown there has been making sure the code has clean copyright.
