Moving to first Thursday?

There have been a few comments, all positive, on the idea of moving the Devel 
meetings to the first Thursday of EVERY month.  I waited till after the 
holidays to finalize this decision.  The proposal is:

PLUG Development meetings will take place on the first Thursday of every month 
starting with February 5th.

I no objections are raised by noon this Friday, I will announce this as an 
effective change.
