I am opening the discussion on two Devel meeting schedule items.

1. Monthly meetings.  I propose that the Devel meeting be a monthly meeting=
,=20
starting from February on.  I think with the presentation offers and topic=
=20
ideas suggested, we can do it monthly.

2. Move to Thursdays.  I propose that the Devel meeting be on the first=20
Thursday of every month, starting in February.  This is a change from the=20
first Monday of the month.
