Also look into the `rpmdrake` (graphical, requires root) and `urpmq` (CLI,
does not require root) tools on a Mandrake box.
For those with a working box, `rpm -qf /path/to/filename` will report which
package that file belongs to. In this case, I run Mandrake 8.2 and my cpp
came with the package gcc-cpp-2.96-0.76mdk. The easiest manner of
installing is `urpmi gcc-cpp` at the command prompt (or, again, use
`rpmdrake`).
