OT: How to load and view html on Android phone?

OT: How to load and view html on Android phone?

I can view html web pages from my Android phone (Samsung Note 2); but I
have not been able to figure out how to load all the files and images for
one of my websites onto the phone so I can view them on the phone when I
do not have a wireless connection.

I found an android app called html viewer on my phone, but it only
partially works to show the index.html file, but it does not show the
corresponding images.
