I've never really used ISPconfig however just looking at the website it looks like SquirrelMail is an external plugin for it, not something that's built-in. Even the link on the add-ons page is broken for it.

I wonder why ISPConfig is using SquirrelMail? I recall being very fond
of SquirrelMail . Not sure why. I need to do some discovery so I can
figure out why.
