see if you can run this command

netsh wlan show wlanreport

and find that report.
it should be in html form

Device manager on that will show any conflicts with the drivers if at all.
EventViewer may show something

Not sure if I read this right but if it's a laptop many of them have a switch that turns off Wi-Fi. I've had customers mistakenly put that switch and no matter what they do in software could make it turn on. A work around for that issue if it's a problem with it Wi-Fi hardware is to get a USB dongle and connect using that.
