I suppose this would be considered a canned response, but what kind of basic troubleshooting steps have you already completed?

Is this issue duplicated in:
-- Same browser, incognito, or similar
-- Is your browser fully updated/patched
-- A different browser
-- An older version of desired browser
-- A different Linux OS, browser A/B testing
-- A different device, perhaps your mobile, without WiFi enabled

One of those would probably work.

Reply with a link to a video that doesn't work for you, and we can reply with our configurations, if it's working for us, maybe help you narrow down the issue.

Hope that helps.

Hi, I have tried to view the video's on Amazon on products when they have them, but I can hear the sound but the video doesn't play and there's an X in the middle of the screen.
I run Fedora 38 and run Firefox. Am I over looking something.
This is what the screen shows when trying to view. "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support."
