Hi, I have tried to view the video's on Amazon on products when they have them, but I can hear the sound but the video doesn't play and there's an X in the middle of the screen.

I run Fedora 38 and run Firefox. Am I over looking something.

This is what the screen shows when trying to view. "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support."
