No.

Of you're trying to specify a whole network you would type "10.0.0.0/8", which would cover everything in "10.x.x.x" ... whereas "10.0.0.0/24" would cover everything in "10.0.0.x"

Unless you've intentionally segmented your network, you're probably just running a /24, which is relatively normal, meaning everything in your network is "10.0.0.x"
