I run pacman -S hplip and it says it installs to version hplip-1:3.21.8-1 but I still get the same error.

I ran the configuration for the printer and it can not find the ppd file. I searched the web for it so I could point to it but there was no luck... unless the ppd file is hplip. If that is the case something is wrong with it. Where is it located so I can tell ARCH where it is?
