I use Ghandi and I like it. If you like AWS, you can register inside AWS and use Route53 and all that too. It's an option, if not an expensive option....

I've used NameSilo for several years without issue. Note that they mainly only do domain registrations though, so if you were wanting to bundle other services or keep everything in one place, they're not for you.
