There might be a use for these  machines for people to handle their kids education online if they can't afford to buy them computers.  What organizations are in the Valley that handle such things?

I am cleaning out the closet (literally) and have some old hardware that could use proper disposal. Currently I am dropping stuff off at Batteries Plus into their electronics recycle box. However the current lot still runs, despite running MS Vista, XP or Windows 10. 

Does anyone know of an alternate legit site / location for either reselling (on the cheap) or donation other than https://azstrut.org/?
