Not an expert, but are the printer heads cleaned? -- Some printers have an option for "self clean" option, not sure how much that would help. May have to go inside the printer it to clean the heads if you are experiencing lines or odd artifact.
I print a picture and light blue lines run through the image periodically and when I print b/w text areas are grayer than the text. The inks appear to be full so does anyone have any experience with this?
