Why wouldn’t it be the
printer. The queue paused because it detected a
problem on the printer hardware.
I'm sure it's not
your printer. You print queue is paused, and it
needs to be resumed so that it will send print
jobs to your printer again.

Go to this URL and click on the name of the
printer that isn't printing and look to see if
there is an error showing. I've found that CUPS is
