Why wouldn’t it be the printer.
The queue paused because it detected a problem on the printer
hardware.
I'm sure it's not your printer.
You print queue is paused, and it needs to be resumed so that
it will send print jobs to your printer again.

which desktop you are running, but on KDE you can pause/resume
